New apps for photography

So, I can’t help but use these new photo filter apps, and other such things, and just be so impressed by the state of photo editing today. It is so cool. I just think it is the most interesting development in technology, how something that, only a few years ago, required so much work and money to do, is now available to nearly everybody who has a mobile telephone, which, of course, is nearly everybody. And that, to me, is amazing. I’m not Amazed by very much, and I have a very cynical when it comes to some things. I know a lot of my professional photographer friends are very cynical about these new apps, they don’t like the fact that these photo filter situations are so accessible and easy to use, to which I say that these people simply Delight yup. It is so important to allow these things to be, you’re never going to censor movements like this. So, what’s the point in trying? What’s the point in using your energy to try to hold people back from using the technology that’s available to them, or being condescending to these people, rather than simply stepping up your own game, and becoming a better photographer yourself. I understand that it could be threatening that the amateur class is coming up on your tail, I can only imagine what that feels like. Personally, for me I’m not a professional photographer, but I do know that if I apply the right photo filter and edit things just right, that my photographs are pretty on point. As a matter of fact, they’re actually quite top-notch, and I don’t think that there is any doubt or complained about that. Not from anyone I know at least. If professional pretentious photographers scoff at your use of a smartphone and photo filter app– all the more reason to do it.
